Not that he's act kitty-like, really, but I wanted to draw it for the sake of kitty-like stuff...kitties are love.
Kon is love.
He's one of the few characters I like in Bleach, which is why I'm struggling to get into it. But I do like Kon...he makes it worthwhile.
I blame cuteness, perverted-ness, and a certain English VA whos voice can melt butter. X3
